Response times

What's covered
Your monthly fee covers:
- Keeping all services running (email, file storage, invoicing, online store)
- Fixing issues caused by the system (software crashes, certificate renewals, updates)
- Adding or removing email accounts and aliases
- Password resets for any service
- Answering questions about how to use the system
What's not covered (but available as add-on work)
- Major customization or new features
- Data migration from other systems
- Help with third-party services not part of your ShopStack (e.g., your website, social media)
- Training sessions beyond what's in this documentation
Add-on work is billed at $100/hr. A short quote is provided before any billable work begins.

If something seems broken:
- Try refreshing the page or restarting the app
- Check if the issue is just on one device (try another device or browser)
- If it affects all devices: email brandon@woodhead.tech right away

This page shows whether each service is up or down. If everything shows green but you're still having trouble, the issue may be specific to your device or network.
