Your ShopStack includes Invoice Ninja — professional invoicing software that lets you create and send invoices with Stripe payment links.

What you can do
- Create and send professional invoices by email
- Accept online payment via Stripe (credit card, debit card, ACH)
- Set up recurring invoices for monthly clients
- Track which invoices are paid, overdue, or pending
- Add your business logo and customize invoice appearance
- Create quotes that convert to invoices when approved
Your first time logging in
The first time you visit https://billing.YOUR_DOMAIN.woodhead.tech, you'll be
taken through a brief setup wizard:
- Company details — enter your business name, address, phone number
- Logo — upload your business logo (PNG or SVG recommended)
- Currency — select USD (or your local currency)
- Payment gateway — connect Stripe if you have an account (see Stripe payments)
You can skip the Stripe step and add it later.
