What you can do
- Send and receive email from any device
- Create mailboxes for each staff member
- Set up shared aliases (info@, appointments@, etc.)
- Access webmail from any browser
- Connect any email client (Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, Gmail app)
Webmail
If you don't want to set up an email client, you can use webmail in your browser:
- Go to
https://mail.YOUR_DOMAIN.woodhead.tech - Log in with your email address and password
- You'll see your inbox, can compose messages, manage folders, etc.
Webmail works on any device with a browser — phone, tablet, or computer.
